TOLL OF THE GRIM REAPER FOR THE PAST WEEK

Mrs. Fannie Hindley, wife of Ned Hindley, died last Saturday afternoon at an Omaha hospital after quite a protracted illness, aged 76 years, 4 months, and 24 days.

Mrs. Hindley was for many years a resident of Blair, her home being at 1105 east South street. She and her husband moved from here a number of years ago to Bellevue, where they have since made their home. Deceased was the mother of two children, Carl Hindley, of Blair, and Mrs. A. L. Bigford, of Omaha. The body was brought to Blair for interment on Tuesday, short services being held at the cemetery, conducted by Rev. A.R. Jones, pastor of the Congregational church.

The remains of Mrs. Hindley, wife of Ned Hindley, whose death occurred in Omaha, was brought here for burial Tuesday. The Hindleys were early day residents of this county, near Fontanelle, and subsequently for a number of years in this city, on South Street, across from the court house. Carl Hindley, south of the city, is a son. Deceased was seventy-six years of age.
