Joyce E. Kramer age 81, of Blair, Nebraska died December 4 at Carter Place in Blair. Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 10 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Blair.

Joyce E. Kramer (Morgan) was born on July 11, 1935, in Horton, Kansas, the daughter of Kenneth and Helen Morgan. She was raised in Horton, graduated from Horton High School, then attended and graduated from Westmar College in LeMars with a BA in Education. She served her country in the United States Air Force. She retired from Omaha Public Schools as a Kindergarten Teacher. Joyce was a member of the Blair Optimist Club and The Pilot Club of Omaha. Joyce enjoyed traveling with her late husband, and traveled extensively throughout the United States during their retirement years.

Mrs. Kramer is survived by two sons, Forrest Lee (Mona) and Kyle (Lisa) Kramer, grandchildren; Mariah, Kenneth, Katelyn, and Justin; along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Forest; parents, Kenneth and Helen; sister, Beverly; and brother, Kenneth Paul Morgan.

Memorials may be made to The First Baptist Church in Blair or the Optimist International Foundation in Joyce's name.
