Funeral services were Monday, October 22 at Avoca, Iowa for Meta J. Hipnar, 88, of Avoca, Iowa, who died October 18, 1990 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Omaha.

Meta J. Hipnar was born June 25, 1902.

She is survived by three sons, Donald C. Hipnar of Avoca, Iowa; Glen O. Hipnar of Shelby, Iowa; and Larry E. Hipnar of Blair. Eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive her.
