Maxine Claire Henderson was born in Decatur, Nebraska on April 21, 1932, to Alma and Ferdinand Wiese. She died January 4, 2017. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Stephenville. For many years, Maxine was a physical therapist in Erath County.

Survivors include her children, Lydia D. Henderson of Stephenville, John L. (Beverly) Henderson, of Spring, Texas, Joseph C. Voegely of Hewitt, Texas; grandchildren, Jordan, Jacqueline, and Alice Claire.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alma and Ferdinand Wiese.

Services for Maxine Claire Henderson will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 7, 2017, at the First Presbyterian Church in Stephenville, Texas with Rev. Sharon Curry officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time at the First Presbyterian Church.
