Kane, Joanne R. (Robertson) Age 86 Our hearts are saddened…Preceded in death by brother, Gene Robertson; sister, Joy Holton. Survived by husband of 65 years, Donald F. Kane; daughter, Kathy O'Neill (Tim); son, Donald Scott Kane (Amy); grandchildren: Karisa Kane Vlasek (Scott), Kiley Kane (Rob), Kelsey Kane, Capt. McKenzie Kane, and Channing, Connor and Coley O'Neill; great-granddaughter, Izzy Vlasek; loving sister, Reba Menuey (Bruce); brother, Rod Robertson (Sheryl); wonderful nieces and nephews. Joanne was born to Ray and Neva (Armour) Robertson and grew up in South Sioux City, NE. She attended Wayne State and graduated with a teaching degree from Dana College. Joanne taught fourth grade in Missouri Valley for many years before retiring. She also worked at Ak-Sar-Ben Race Track and Horseman's Park. Joanne was an avid reader, loved to travel, and was a Creighton basketball fan for 60 years. SERVICES Sunday, January 8th at 1pm at the Bel Air Chapel.
