Willard "Bill" E. Allen Jr., 74 years of Arlington, NE passed away Friday, February 3, 2017 at Wisner Care Center in Wisner, NE. Bill was born December 31, 1942 to Willard and Katherine (Schoenherr) Allen, Sr. in Omaha, NE. He grew up in Omaha and served in the United States Navy. After the service, he worked as a conductor for C & NW Railroad and drove truck for various transportation companies until his passing.

Bill was a member of the Teamsters Union. He enjoyed model railroading and drag racing, especially Mopars.

He is survived by his sons, Richard (Lisa) Allen of Norfolk, NE, and David Allen of Thornton, CO; brother, Tim (Mary) Allen of Beemer, NE; grandchildren, Brianna (Tyler) Sandoval of Eaton, Co, Jonathan Allen of Norfolk, Deon Allen and Ashley Allen; and 2 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Walls.

Graveside service will be 11 A.M., Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at the Arlington Cemetery in Arlington, NE. The Rev. Michael McGregor will officiate. Visitation will be Monday from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Memorials may be given to the donor's choice.
