Lila Fern Mullen, 79, of Wilber, Nebraska passed away March 12, 2017, surrounded by her family. She was born on April 30, 1937, in Haddam, Kansas to Leslie & Bess (Cibolski) Ryser.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday March 18, 2017, at Hawks Cemetery in Cuba, Kansas.
