Mrs. Fredericka Hoir, who has been so sick for several months, passed away last Wednesday and the funeral was held Saturday from the Danish Lutheran church. Mrs. Hoir was among the old settlers here living just west of town. Her husband passed away several years ago. She is survived by her daughter, Miss Katie, her sister-in-law and a number of nephews and nieces. Martin Hiesen, of Canada, was her brother-in-law and left only a week ago for his home after paying her a visit.
