Todd, Lloyd Allen "Al" Mar 13, 1942 - Apr 17, 2017 Age 75. Active member of the Republican Party; former mayor of Kennard, NE; former Chairman Board of Directors of MAPA; Member of National Association of Regional Councils. Preceded in death by parents B.E. and Dorothy (Kinsley) Todd. Survived by wife of 46 years, Barbara; daughter, Jennifer Byington (Allen); grandchildren: Kathryn, Sophia and Rachel; cousin, Richard Kinsley (Phyllis); other loving relatives. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Saturday, April 22, at 11am First Baptist Church, 23rd & Hancock, Bellevue. Private Inurnment. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed by the family.
