Funeral services for Darlene Hokamp, 59, of Arlington, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church north of Arlington. Mrs. Hokamp died from a heart attack Sunday at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County.

She was born Oct. 29, 1926, in rural Arlington. She was a lifetime resident of Arlington. She was a volunteer at Arlington Library.

Mrs. Hokamp was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Lutheran Women's Missionary League and the Happy Hour Extension Club.

Darlene Laaker married Albert Hokamp on Nov. 7, 1948, north of Arlington. He survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Steven of Fremont and Randy of Arlington; her mother, Mrs. Emma Laaker of Arlington; one sister, Mrs. Alvin (Lorraine) Gnuse of Carpinteria, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.

The Rev. Dennis Maaske will officiate at Wednesday's services. Visitation is in progress at Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Concordia Teachers College at Seward.

Funeral services for Darlene Hokamp, 59, of Arlington, who died Sunday, August 31, 1986, at Dodge County Memorial Hospital in Fremont, were scheduled for Wednesday, September 3, 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Arlington; Rev. Dennis Maaske officiating and burial in St. Paul's Cemetery near Arlington.

Mrs. Hokamp was born October 29, 1926, the daughter of Henry and Emma Laaker of Arlington. She married Albert Hokamp on November 7, 1948, in Arlington. She was a volunteer librarian at the Arlington Library and she was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, the Women's Missionary group , and the Happy Hour Extension Club.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Steven of Fremont and Randy of Arlington; her mother, Mrs. Emma Laaker; one sister, Mrs. Alvin (Lorraine) Gnuse of Carpinteria, California; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father.
