Services for Dorothy L. Bly, 88 of Blair who died at Crowell Memorial Home in Blair January 25, 1996 were Monday, January 29 at the Campbell-Aman Funeral Chapel in Blair. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery in Omaha.

Dorothy L. Bly was born December 31, 1907 in Osceola, Nebraska to Nathaniel and Anna Bell Ennis Cotton.

She worked as a waitress at the Lacy Café in Blair and was a resident of Blair most of her adult life. She had been a resident of Crowell Memorial Home for the last four years.

She married Albert Bly. He preceded her in death in 1968.

In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Elizabeth Nielsen, and a brother Todd.

She is survived by two daughters, Lillian Smith of Blair and Alice Curry of Lincoln, Missouri; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
