Services were Friday, October 20 at Roeder's Mortuary for Goldie Holmquist, 94 of Omaha. Burial was in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arvid Holmquist; a daughter, Edna Alback; a son, Walter Holmquist and a grandson, Kenneth Alback.
She is survived by a sister, Amanda Hanna, Chicago, Illinois; a granddaughter, Joanie Colton of Louisiana; a grandson, Van Holmquist, Blair; several great- and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of loved ones and friends.
