MRS. J.W.HOLSTEIN DIES IN MINNESOTA

Mrs. J.W. Holstein of Tracy, Minn., passed away at the Tracy Hospital on Thursday, April 13. Her funeral was held at the Methodist Church in Tracy on Monday, April 17th.

She is survived by her husband, Julius, and five sons and three daughters; a brother, Richard Rahlfs, of North Dakota; and a host of friends around Tracy.

She lived in Washington County, north of Arlington, before moving to Minnesota. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Rahlfs.

MACK CAMERONS ATTEND FUNERAL IN MINNESOTA

Mr. and Mrs. Mack Cameron attended the funeral Monday afternoon of Mrs. Cameron's sister-in-law, Mrs Adelia Holstein in Tracy, Minnesota. They returned home Tuesday afternoon.

#3-METHODIST RITES FOR MRS. JULIUS HOLSTEIN MONDAY

Funeral services for Mrs. Julius Holstein were held at 2 o’clock Monday from the Methodist church with the Rev. Wilber F. Traver officiating.

Mrs. Holstein died lat week, Thursday, after an extended illness. She was 76 years of age.

Adelia Helena Rahlfs was born on July 28, 1884 at Arlington, Nebr., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Rahlfs.

She was married to Julius W. Holstein on Dec. 20, 1905 at Blair, Nebr. They farmed near Blair until March of 1914 when they moved to a farm near Tracy.

Mrs. Holstein is survived by her husband and the following sons and daughters: Clarence, Frank, Arthur, Kenneth, Rueben, Mrs. Donald E. Daniels, Mrs. Wray Newkirk and Mrs. Gerald Ermitage.

One son, Gilbert, preceded her in death in 1935. She is also survived by one brother, Richard, 15 grandchildren and a host of friends.

Pallbearers were: I. J. Baumann, Harley Hewitt, Earl Lynch, Albert Lau, Wm. Deal and Wm. Lord. Kelley funeral home was in charge of arrangements. Interment was in Tracy cemetery.
