Charles D. “Dan” Hourigan, 45, of Omaha, died Wednesday, March 31, 1999, at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha.

Services will be 9 a.m. Saturday, April 3, at Hanscom Park United Methodist Church in Omaha. The Rev. Lawrence Hl. Moffett will officiate.

The family will receive friends Friday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Westcenter Chapel.

Burial will be in Blair Cemetery.

Charles D. Hourigan was born Sept. 7, 1953 to Robert and Vesta (Bacon) Beig in Hastings.

He is survived by his wife, Sandy and his daughter, Katie, both of Omaha; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Beig of Hartington; sisters, Charlotte Martinez of Colorado, Jeannie Lammers of Spencer, Peg Wedel of Blair, DeAnn Beig of Omaha, and Janice Snook of Hartington; brother, Robert Beig, Jr., of Jackpot, Nev.; and nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Heafey-Heafey-Hoffman- Dworak and Cutler of Omaha are in charge of arrangements.
