Annie Lucille Hovendick, 76, of Lincoln, Mo., died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000, at Research Hospital in Kansas City, Mo

Services will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, March 2, 2000, at the Lincoln United Methodist Church in Lincoln, Mo. The Rev. Robert Carpenter will officiate. Burial will be in Mr. Pleasant Cemetery in Lincoln, Mo.

Annie Lucille Hovendick was born June 22, 1923, to Robert Parke and Annie Pearl Wilcox Loftis, in Craig. She grew up in Craig.

On April 22, 1943, she married Robert Hovendick. They made their home in Craig for 10 years before moving to Cyrus, Minn., where they lived until 1978, when they moved to Lincoln, Mo.

She was a member of the Lincoln United Methodist Church and the Ruth Circle.

She is survived by her husband, Bob; seven sons and daughters-in-law, Gordon and Irene Hovendick of Starbuck, Minn., Danny and Barb Hovendick of Norcross, Ga., Ron and Carol Hovendick of Starbuck, Minn., David and Connie Hovendick of Devil’s Lake, N.D., Russell and Carleen Hovendick of Sioux Falls, N.D., Roger and Millie Hovendick of Henderson, Nev., and Tim and Tina Hovendick of Lincoln, Mo., a brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Veda Loftis of Tekamah; sister and brother-in-law, Alice and Leroy Peterson of Salem, Ore.; 22 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter-in-law, Judy Hovendick.
