Sutton, Audrey D. Apr 26, 1925 - May 16, 2017 Born in Crofton NE. Preceded in death by parents, Roy and Frances Gobel; brothers: Alton, Sid, Renee, Tim, Leon, Ronald Gobel. Audrey was a loving mother and role model to her entire family. She is cherished for her unconditional love, her kind, loving, giving attitude toward everyone. She was a woman of strong faith in God and a beautiful love for Our Blessed Virgin Mary. Survived by loving husband of 69 years, Don Sutton; brothers, Nile and Ned Gobel; sisters-in-law: Geri Gobel, Diane Gobel, Sr. Margaret Sutton, Sr. Jeananne Sutton, Mary Sutton. Survived by children: Mike (Tere) Sutton, Ft Calhoun; Mary Jean Sutton (Dean Uhing); Roxanne (Craig Vipond), Grand Island, NE; Peggy (Rod) Graham, Ft. Collins, CO; Dan (Betty) Sutton, LaVista; grandchildren: Steve Saenz-Sutton, Doug Sutton, Brad Sutton, Jeff (Amy) Vipond, Denise (Dan) Carnahan, Stefanie (Brian) Ervin, Steve Vipond, Brian (Shari DeVeney), Maggie (Ben) Rudnicki, Ryan Sutton, Jared Sutton; great-grandchildren: Allison, Caleb, Trinity, Cayden, Zach, Lindy, Paxton, Reese, Lilia, Jayden, Emma, Catalina, Aviana, Mia; great-great grandchild: Isaak. We give special thanks to caregivers Jean Lund, Terri Gottsch, and Life Care Center of Elkhorn. WAKE SERVICE: Sunday, May 21st, 7pm, Bel Air Chapel with family receiving friends from 5-7pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Monday, May 22nd, 10:30am, St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (14330 Eagle Run Drive). Interment: Resurrection. Memorials may be directed to the family.
