| Fern E. Bauman, 94, of Blair, died Thursday, June 24, 2010, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home after a brief illness.
Funeral services were Monday, June 28, 2010, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Chapel. Interment was in the Blair Cemetery.
Fern E. Nicholson was born June 20, 1916, in Blair to Glenn and Edna (Stricklett) Nicholson. She graduated from Blair High School in 1933.
On June 29, 1946, she married Frank Bauman. Prior to her marriage, she worked for the Blair Telephone Company and also did bookkeeping.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Blair.
Fern is survived by many nieces, nephews and their children.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1986; four brothers, George, Glenn, Ross and Lewis Nicholson; and one sister, Edna Gutschow.
Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
