Carolyn Colegrove, age 78, of Omaha, passed away peacefully July 13 at Crowell Home in Blair. Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017, at Marshall Drive Baptist Church, 4845 Marshall Dr., Omaha, NE 68137.

Carolyn was born June 15, 1939, in Hutchison, Kansas, the daughter of Clarence and Thelma Siegrist. She was raised in South Hutchison. On June 28, 1959, she married Frederick Arthur Colegrove Jr. in Hutchison. Carolyn enjoyed cooking, sewing and playing bingo. Carolyn worked for several years as a telephone operator.

She is survived by her husband, Arthur Colegrove Jr. of Omaha; children: Tammy Colegrove of Des Moines, Iowa, Richard (Tammi) Colegrove and Diana Kehn, both of Omaha; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Wesley and Leslie Siegrist.
