Richard was preceded in death by parents, Kenneth G. and Francis R. (Orr) Gilliland; one brother and one sister. Survived by children, Richard J. Gilliland, Karen S. (Dalton Ray) Lee, Kenneth L. (Peggy) Gilliland; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
