Willy C. Lucht

Willy C. Lucht, age 81, of Blair, passed away August 16 at Crowell Home in Blair. Memorial services will be held Friday, August 25th at 10 a.m. at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Graveside services will follow at the Blair Cemetery.

Willy was born November 8, 1935, in Columbus, the son of Walter and Blanche Lucht. He attended school in Columbus. Willy was a member of the Eagles Club in Blair, served on many positions in the Boy Scouts, including the camping committee for the Little Sioux campground. He was a member of the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue, a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Blair, along with a member of the Methodist Men's Group and was on the building committee for Camp Fontanelle.

He is survived by his son, Scott (Tammy) Lucht of Blair; grandchildren, Tyler and Emma Lucht of Blair; sister-in-law, Mary Lucht of Springfield, MO; sister, Nina Lucht of Hastings; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad.
