Jacqueline A. Smith, 68

Blair native Jacqueline Anne (Reeh) Smith, 68, of Memphis, Tenn., died Jan. 30, 2011, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis.

A memorial service was held Feb. 4 at the Kate Freeman Clark Art Gallery in Holly Springs. A funeral service and interment will be held at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church and Holy Cross Cemetery in Blair at a later date.

She was a licensed real estate agent in both Mississippi and Texas and had recently retired from the Hampton Inn Corporation, where she served as director of marketing for many years. She was an alumna of the University of Mississippi, member of the Collierville Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Grand Krewe of Ennead in Memphis.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Kent E. and Amanda Smith of Holly Springs and Stephen and Sheila Smith of Brookhaven; and two grandsons, both of Holly Springs.

Mass Slated For Blair Native

Jacqueline A. Smith, 68, of Memphis, Tenn., died Jan. 30, 2011, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. A memorial service was held in February in Holly Springs, Miss.

A funeral Mass will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Following services, a celebration of life will be held at the American Legion Club.

Jacqueline Anne Reeh was born Nov. 20, 1942, in Blair to Bennard and Teresa (Foley) Reeh.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Kent E. and Amanda Smith of Holly Springs, Miss., and Stephen and Sheila Smith of Brookhaven, Miss., two grandsons; and sisters and brother-in-law, Dr. Susan and George Menking of Santa Fe, N.M. and Janelle Demman of Seal Beach, Calif.

Memorials are suggested to St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church or the Shriners.
