Goedeker Rites Held

Mrs. Lena Goedeker, 84, a lifetime resident of Arlington, died last Thursday at a Norfolk hospital. She had been a patient there for about three years. The body was returned to Arlington, and funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Reckmeyer Funeral Home. The Rev. Z.M. Bressler, pastor of the Congregational Church, officiated, and interment followed in Arlington Cemetery.

Mrs. Goedeker was born in Arlington Mar. 15, 1871 (?). She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Minnie Fulton of Arlington.

Pallbearers at the funeral were William, Henry and Richard Paulsen, Leo Weber and Henry Bauermeister.

Mrs. Goedeker was born Mar. 15, 1881 (?) near Arlington, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hashoff, pioneers of the Arlington vicinity.
