Randolph “Randy” Neil Rogge was born May 28th, 1944 and passed August 14th. Randy passed peacefully, just 8 months after losing his wife, Rose, of 44 years.

Please join his family for a celebration of Randy’s life on Friday, September 1st from 1 to 7 p.m. at The Depot/Lion’s Park, 16th & Park Streets, Blair.
