Alexander Joseph Kasper, age 15, passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017. He was a resident of Blair, NE and attended Blair High School. Previous to his time in Blair, he attended Elkhorn Public Schools.

He was active in Elkhorn Troop 337 of the Boys Scouts of America, and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
