Services for Kenneth L. Hugelman, 85 of Burwell and formerly of Ericson, Nebraska and the Herman and Omaha area who died January 29, 1993 at Valley County Hospital in Ord, Nebraska were Monday, February 1 at the United Methodist Church in Ericson. Rev. Richard Brian officiated. Burial was in the Barlett Cemetery at Bartlett, Nebraska.

Kenneth L. Hugelman was born October 25, 1907, to Leo B. and Anna M. Peterson Hugelman.

He married Helen Klopp Coughlin September 24, 1938 at Omaha. She preceded him in death February 16, 1985.

He was also preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Bernice Spiker and Evelyn Spiker and three brothers, Willard, Howard and Leo, Jr.

He is survived by one sister, Ruthene Smith of Blair and many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Gene Spiker, Richard Spiker, Lee Smith, Rex Hugelman, Fred Graber, John Spataro, Robert Lange and Duane Pelates.

Fleming Funeral Home in Burwell was in charge of arrangements.
