Richard C. Boe, 84, of Blair, died Sunday, January 28, 2001 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair.

Services were held on Thursday, February 1, 2001 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home Chapel in Blair. The Rev. George Megard officiated. Interment was at Springwell Cemetery in Omaha.

Richard C. Boe was born September 22, 1916 in Westbrook Maine to Christian and Sena Boe. Mr. Boe was a salesman of school supplies.

Mr. Boe, formerly of Omaha is survived by his wife, Lois; daughters and sons–in-law, Barbara and Tom Vierk of Omaha, Jacqueline and Nasos Karras of Phoenix, Arizona, son and daughter-in-law Steve and Faye Boe of Fayetteville, Arkansas; five grandsons, and two great-grandsons.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Nelson, a sister, Ruby, and a grandson, Ted.

Memorials are suggested to Cornerstone Ministries and Good Shepherd Lutheran Home.

Heafey-Heafey-Hoffman-Dworak-Cutler Mortuary of Omaha was in charge of arrangements.
