Services for Bunnie Boldt Were Held on Saturday

Private services for Myrtle M. (Bunnie) Boldt, 81, a resident of Arbor Manor Nursing Home, formerly of Arlington, were held 11 a.m. Saturday at Arlington Community Church.

The Rev. Bryce Hecht officiated. Mrs. Boldt died Thursday.

For 22 years she was the chief telephone operator for Arlington Telephone Company. She lived in Arlington most of her life. Mrs. Boldt attended Arlington schools and graduated with the class of 1917. She was a member of the Veterans Foreign Wars Auxiliary.

She married Alfred. C. Boldt, March 6, 1924, in Council Bluffs. He preceded her in death.

OES graveside services were conducted by Sarepto Chapter 48.

A memorial has been established to the Arlington Community church or Children’s Memorial Hospital.

Burial was in the Arlington Cemetery.

Reckmeyer Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Leslie French, Jerry French, William Gargens, Robert Stalp, Lloyd Brown, J.O. Marshall and Howard Edmundson.

Mrs. Charles House was organist and Mrs. LaVerne Schmidt was soloist.
