Robert James Wulf age 83 of Blair, passed away October 10th at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 13, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church of Orum. Burial will follow in the Lincoln Cemetery, next to the church. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair.

Robert James Wulf was born on May 2nd to James H. and Nadene M. (Pearce) Wulf. He was raised in the Rose Hill area and attended Rose Hill School through the 10th grade. He graduated from Blair High School in 1952. On June 8, 1955, he was united in marriage to Eleanor Newkirk at the Methodist Church in Blair. Robert served in the United States Army from July 1956 until April 1958, then served in the Army Reserves from 1958 to 1962.

Bob is survived by his wife of 62 years, Eleanor of Blair; sons: Tim Wulf and Todd (LaVonne) Wulf of Arlington; five grandchildren: Valerie Wulf (finace Chris Mort) of California, Justin (Jill) Wulf of Arlington, Stephanie (Jake) Sibbernsen of Omaha, Jessica (Cory) Wulf of Blair and Courtney Wulf (fiancé Zach Kaup) of Denton; three step-grandchildren: Jon Lawler of Lincoln, Sean Lawler of Missouri and Rachel (Brendan) Ruskamp of Alaska; three great-grandchildren: Sadie and Charlie Sibbernsen and Jolene Wulf; sister Bonnie Baker of Omaha; and brother, Dave Wulf of Wisconsin.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Rodney Wulf.

Memorials may be directed to the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Orum.
