Wilbur 'Clem' Clements was born March 25, 1929, in Herman. He passed away Oct. 31.

Wilbur graduated from Blair High School in 1946. He graduated from Dana College in 1950 and enlisted in the Air Force that same year. He was a teacher and coach at Arlington High School from 1954-1960, at Dana College from 1960-1962, and Blair High School 1962-1989.

He was preceded in death by his parents Claude and Anna Irene (Lowe) Clements; brothers Vernon and Eugene Clements; nephews Milo and Roger Clements, and niece Patricia Clements.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 66 years Imogene (Reeh) Clements; son Kent (Ann) Clements, daughters Lori (Isam) Itson and Sheri (Kirk) Walters; grandchildren John (Jennifer) Clements, Mary Grace and Julia Clements, Isam Itson and Elizabeth Walters; and great-grandchildren Ryan and Emily Clements.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Nov. 24, and 10:30 a.m., at First Lutheran Church in Blair. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Blair Community Schools Foundation, Blair Legion Baseball, or Blair Rescue Squad.
