Douglas M. Huss, 45, of Eagle, died Friday, Nov. 3, 2006, in Lincoln.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, at Metcalf Funeral Home, 245 N. 27th Street, Lincoln. Visitation will be from noon until 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, with the family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m.

Douglas M. Huss was born Oct. 29, 1961, in Lincoln, to Walter and Betty (Galwart) Huss. He was employed as a painter.

He is survived by his wife, Jan; daughters, Tiffany and Megan Huss; one grandson; mother, Betty Huss, all of Eagle; brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Shelli Huss of Lincoln; sisters and brothers-in-law, Shari Huss of Waverly, Lori and Mark Bolander of Blair; mother-in-law, Jackie Marshall of Phoenix, Ariz.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Cliff and Ann Marshall of Lincoln; sisters-in-law and spouses, Jill and David Ellett of Phoenix, Joy and Rick Novotny of Lincoln; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.
