John Andrew Swingholm, 102 of Lincoln, passed away Nov. 16. Visitation will be held Monday, Nov. 20 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair. The family will have a private graveside service at the Blair Cemetery.

John Andrew Swingholm was born June 2, 1915 the son of John and Mary (Knudsen) Swingholm. John was the oldest of ten children. He served in the Army during World War II. He retired from Freuhauf Corporation of Omaha.

John is survived by his daughter Jackie Stewart, Lincoln; daughter-in-law Sharon Swingholm, Omaha; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; sisters: Darlene, Patsy, Ruby and Katy.

He was preceded in death by his wife Mildred, son John, daughter Julia Joons, parents John and Mary, brother Richard, sisters Dorothy, Mary Ann, Lola, and Peggy.
