Nicholas “Nick” Deyen, age 18 of Fort Calhoun was born Dec. 29, 1988, in Omaha and passed away November 24 in Omaha.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Glen Sanders, and is survived by his mother, Glenda Deyen, Fort Calhoun; father, Dennis Deyen, Audubon, Iowa; brother, Kyle Deyen, Fort Calhoun; grandmothers, Ardyth Sanders, Blair and Mary Sue Deyen, Jacksonville, Fla.; and aunt, Lisa Deyen, St. Augustine, Fla.

Visitation will be held Friday, Dec. 1, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church. The Memorial service will be Saturday, Dec. 2, at 11 a.m. also at the church. Inurnment will be private.

In lieu of traditional remembrances, memorials are suggested to: the Kim Foundation, Washington County Sheriff’s Department or Fort Calhoun Fire and Rescue.>p> Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
