Former Blair Woman Dies in North Dakota

Mrs. Henry Ludwig received a message early Tuesday morning saying her sister, Mrs. L. S. Wise had passed away, Nov. 28 at a hospital in Fargo, North Dakota.

Minnie Olive Hineline Wise was born at DeSoto, Nebr. June 8, 1887 so was therefore past forty years of age. She was married to Louis S. Wise of Ohio on Sept. 19, 1904. They made their first home in Fordyce, Nebr. where Mr. Wise was a telegraph operator for a number of years.

They moved to Blair in August 1918, making their home here until October, 1925 when they moved to their farm at Walcott, North Dakota.

Mrs. Wise leaves to mourn her loss, her husband Louis, and eleven children; Mrs. Menno Larsen of this place, Elizabeth, Louise, George, Marjorie, Walter, Sylvia, Effie, Donald, Lee and Paul, all at home; also her father, Frank Hineline of DeSoto and two sister, Mrs. Henry Ludwig of this city and Mrs. Claude Mathews of Omaha; five brothers, Harry, Chas., Clifford, of Blair, James of Omaha, and Herbert of Oakland.

This makes twice the shadow of death has entered this family as they lost a little baby, Alice Jean on Nov. 6, 1925, just two week after moving to Dakota.

Mrs. Wise was a devoted and kind mother, and leaves besides her family, a number of friends who will greatly miss her.

The funeral is to be held on Thursday afternoon and burial in Fargo, North Dakota.

The relatives attending the funeral from here were Frank Hineline, Harry Hineline and Mrs. And Mrs. Clifford Hineline.

Word Was Received Here Monday Of Her Death In A Hospital In Fargo, N. D.

The sad news was received yesterday of the death Monday afternoon of Mrs. Louis Wise at a hospital in Fargo, N. D., where she had been taken for treatment for kidney trouble. Her home was on a farm near Wolcott, N. D. The funeral service will be held at Fargo tomorrow, Thursday, in Fargo and interment made there.

Minnie Hineline was born at Desoto June 8th, 1887, so was just past 40 years of age. She grew to womanhood here and was united in marriage to Louis Wise Sept. 19th, 1904, by Elder Lytie, of this city. They made their first home at Fordyce, Neb., Mr. Wise being a telegraph operator. They came to Blair in August of 1918 and lived here until October of 1925, when they moved to near Wolcott, N. D.

Eleven children were born to them, the eldest being Mrs. Menno Larsen, of this city. Five boys and four girls lived at home. She leaves two sisters, Mrs. Henry Ladwig, of this city and Mrs. Claude Mathews, of Omaha; also five brothers, Harry, Charles and Clifford of Blair, James, of Omaha and Herbert, of Oakland, Neb., and her father, Frank Hineline, of DeSoto.

Mr. Hineline, Harry and Clifford and wife, and Mr. and Mrs. Menno Larsen went up to attend the funeral. The bereaved relatives have the sincere sympathy of many friends.
