Martha V. Warner (Mrs. Charley Lantry) was born in Donovan County, Kansas, on March 23, 1861. Both of her parents died before she was two years of age. She was reared by her maternal grandparents in Missouri. She married the late Charles Lantry February 23, 1915 and Mr. Lantry passed away in October of 1919. Mrs. Lantry died at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Omaha, February 11th, on Friday morning and Mr. Campbell went down to Omaha and brought the body to Blair to the home of her former neighbor, Mrs. Cora Badgerow, where the funeral services were held. Mrs. J. E. Maher, who has befriended Mrs. Lantry so long and faithfully and Mrs. Badgerow arranged the funeral services which were in charge of Rev. A. D. Smalley, Mrs. Lantry’s pastor of the Baptist Church and to whose faith she belonged for years. Rev. E. M. Fletcher assisted Rev. Smalley. The body was laid to rest in the Blair Cemetery beside her deceased husband. One sister, Miss Flora Warner and one brother, L. C. Warner, both of Slader, Missouri, survived to mourn her departure.

Funeral services were held from the home of Mrs. Cara Badgerow on last Sunday afternoon, for Mrs. Chas. Lantry of this city, who passed away in Omaha. The deceased has been in Omaha hospitals since latter part of September.

Martha V. Warner was born in Donovan, County, Kansas on March 23, 1861. Her parents died before she was two years old and she was reared by her maternal grandparents.

She was married to Charles Lantry Feb. 23, 1915, who died several years ago. There were no children. She is survived by one brother, L. C. Warner and one sister, Flora Warner of Slater, Mo.

Mrs. Lantry has reside in Blair for a number of years.
