MRS. BONDO DEAD

Magrethe Hansen Bondo died at her home near Dana college, this city, June 17, aged 29 years, 9 months and 28 days, the cause of her death being pulmonary embolism.

Mrs. Bondo had given birth to a still-born child and could not survive the ordeal. She leaves a husband and two small children.

The body of the mother and baby were prepared for burial, the little one resting in its mother's arms, and taken to Council Bluffs, Iowa, for interment.

Death is sad in any form, but it seems more especially so when it is a mother who gives up her own life to bring another life into being and when the little one came to her in its stilled condition, she was not encouraged by its little cry, which is usually sufficient to cause a new mother to forget her own great sufferings, and doubly pathetic it is when the forms are placed in the casket and hidden from sight.

The sympathetic public extend to the family wishes of a happy reunion in the land where spring leaves ever abound.
