Col. Paul M. Fisher, ret., of Rogers, Arkansas, died March 17, 1985 at Veterans Medical Center, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

He is survived by his wife Margaret, five children, and grandchildren, his mother Mrs. Mabel Fisher, Blair, brother Wayne of Rogers, Arkansas, two sisters, Mrs. Warren Peter, Wichita, Kansas and Mrs. Adrian Flynn, Sr. (Jean), Blair, Nebraska.

Services for Paul M. Fisher held Wednesday

Funeral services for U.S. Army Col. Paul M. Fisher (ret.) of Rogers, Arkansas, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 20 at the Peace Lutheran Church in Rogers. A full military graveside honor service was held at the National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Paul was born October 28, 1917, in Omaha to Manley and Mabel (Porter) Fisher. He died Sunday, March 17, at the VA Hospital in Little Rock at the age of 67.

Survivors include his wife Margaret A. Fisher of Rogers, sons William Paul of Killeen, Texas, Robert James of Flagstaff, Arizona, and John David of Rogers, daughters Ruth Ann Wright of Crozet, Virginia, and Carolyn Sue German of Bentonville, Arkansas, sisters Mary Margaret Peter of Wichita, Kansas, and Mrs. Adrian Flynn Sr. (Jean) of Blair, brother Wayne of Rogers, five grandchildren and Paul’s mother Mabel of Blair.
