MRS. MARGARET BONINE Mrs. Margaret Bonine, a resident of this city for thirty eight years, died at the Crowell Home Tuesday evening, January 19, following a general breakdown in health. She has been living at the Home for the past two months.

The deceased was born in Ohio and was 72 years old at the time of her death. She is survived by three brothers, John Tremaine of Omaha, Ed of Wisner and Wm. of Blair, also two sisters, Mrs. W. H. Smith of Fremont and Mrs. W. H. Hamlin of Pinetree, Minn. She is also survived by an adopted son, Culver Buchanon of Colorado.

Funeral services were held at the M. E. church Thursday afternoon by Rev. W. H. Jackson assisted by Rev. W. C. George.

MRS. WM. BONINE BURIED THURSDAY

HAD BEEN A RESIDENT OF BLAIR SINCE 1888

Mrs. Wm. Bonine was born in Hardin county, Ohio, July 14, 1859, and passed away last Tuesday. When she was ten years of age she came with her parents to Harrison county, Iowa, where she grew to womanhood. She was married to Wm. Bonine in 1882 and the new home was established in Mo. Valley. In 1888 they removed to Blair where they made their home until a year ago when her husband passed away. Last fall she became a guest at Crowell Home where she lived until her death.

Surviving her are an adopted son, Culver Buchanan of Englewood, Colorado; two sisters, Mrs. W.H. Smith of Fremont and Mrs. W.H. Hamlin of Pinetree, Minn., also three brothers, John Tremaine of Omaha, Ed of Wisner, and William of Blair. Funeral services were conducted from the Methodist church last Thursday at 2:00 o'clock with Rev. Jackson assisted by Rev. George, officiating. Burial was made in Blair cemetery.
