Marvin Leslie Long

Marvin L. Long, age 70, passed away Saturday Feb. 3rd after a battle with cancer. He was born in Blair to Rolland and Evelyn Long. He attended Blair school where he graduated in 1965. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a man of many talents. He recently retired from a long career as a carpenter. He liked spending time with his loving family or tinkering in his garage.

Marvin is survived by his wife of 47 years Linda Long; children Stephanie (Robert) Evert, Stacy (Sean) Kremer and Mark (Jaime) Long; grandchildren Bobby, Paige, Cole, Cameryn, Raeleigh and Zhane; his mother Evelyn Long; nieces, nephews and many more friends and family. A private family service will be held.
