MRS. ELMER BOOTH DIES FOLLOWING SURGICAL OPERATION

Mrs. Elmer Booth died at the Blair hospital Friday morning following a serious surgical operation, aged 32 years and 12 days.

Addie Edwards was born in Kennard, Nebr., in 1886 and was married December 24, 1901, to Elmer W. Booth. Three children, Vera, aged 11 years, Kenneth, ages 12, and Leslie, aged 8, are now left motherless.

Besides the husband and children there are left to mourn her demise her father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Edwards of Decatur; three sisters, Mrs. Will McCracken of Fremont; Mrs. Cal Brewster and Mrs. E.E. Epperly of Blair; three brothers, J.P. Edwards of Cheyenne, Wyo., Dave C. Edwards and Henry C. Edwards of Kennard.

Mrs. Booth was a member of the Mystic Workers of the World and the Manchester Grove, W.O.W. Circle, and carried insurance in both orders. The funeral was held at the Baptist church Monday afternoon and was largely attended; the funeral discourse being given by Rev. C. M. Foreman. Burial was made in the Blair cemetery.
