Services for Irma C. Koutsky Boquet, 87, of Omaha were Monday, February 25 at the West Center Chapel of Heafey-Heafey-Hoffmann Dworak-Cutler in Omaha. Burial was in the Bohemian National Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William and a son, Roger.

She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Sandra Boquet; grandchildren, Brad and Brandy Boquet, Bambi Spindler, Barrie Brefogle, Benay Edens, Blair Boquet; five great-grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, Frank And Madeline Koutsky ; and sisters, Mabel Wachel and Laura Dichsen.
