Sandra "Sandy" K. (Hansen) (Hearn) Tippery

January 16, 1951 ~ February 9, 2018

Sandra was born to Bob and Nella Hansen.

She married Jim Hearn, and they were blessed with three children.

Later, Sandy married Larry Tippery.

Sandy entered eternity February 9, 2018 in an Omaha, Nebraska hospital. Sandy was awaiting a liver transplant for a liver condition, when an infection caused her kidneys to begin shutting down mid-week. A blessing is that on Thursday night, God prompted both Jessica and her brother to remain at the hospital through the night, so they were there with their mother when she passed away, along with their aunt and stepfather.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Surviving her are her husband, Larry; children: Jim Hearn, Joe (Margie) Hearn, and Jessica (Tim) Lantry, their father, Jim Hearn; step-children, Steven (Sherry) Tippery, and Michelle (James) Bowen; grandchildren: Gage, Evie, Charlotte, Tyler, Jase, Devon, Ethan, Tristan, Kaden, and Alexa; siblings Andy (Nancy) Hansen, Candy Davis, and Randie Rys; many nieces and nephews.

Please pray for comfort for the Lantry family, as they miss her terribly, even in the midst of rejoicing that she is now in the presence of her Savior.

Family will receive friends 6-8:30 pm Tuesday, February 13 at West Center Chapel, 7805 W. Center Road, Omaha, Nebraska. Funeral 10 am Wednesday, February 14 at West Center Chapel. Memorials in Sandy's name are requested to be given to Open Door Mission, Omaha, Nebraska.
