Little Lawrence Utterback, small son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Utterback, passed away early Thursday morning after only a few hours illness. His untimely death was caused by poisoning he have eaten a part of a firecracker, a popular plaything of children around the Fourth of July, and which is deadly poison. The little fellow became very ill but by the time a doctor could be secured he was beyond human help and passed out of this life at about 3:30 a.m., June 23rd. Lawrence was the third son of Mrs. And Mrs. Utterback and was nearly two years of age. Funeral services were conducted at the home Friday afternnon at two o’clock by Rev. J. E. Aeschbacker and the little one laid to rest beside his grandfather in the Arlington Cemetery.
