Services for Fred E. Borgelt, 91 of Blair, who died January 21, 1995 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Blair. Rev. Daniel Ritter will officiate.

A prayer service will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Burial will be held in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Fremont, Nebraska.

Fred E. Borgelt was born on April 29, 1903 in Dodge, Nebraska to Fred E. and Augusta Werbelow Borgelt. He attended school in Scribner and farmed in the Scribner area until moving to a farm near Blair in 1943 with his wife Hulda.

He and Hulda Suhr were married July 9, 1935 in Fremont.

He was baptized in Snyder, Nebraska and confirmed in 1917. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Blair and was the oldest member at the time of his death.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and three sisters.

Surviving are his wife, Hulda of Blair; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Camilla of Blair; two daughters and sons-in-laws, Marian and Milo V. Jeppesen of Decatur, Nebraska and La Donna and Eldon Bucy of Decatur, Nebraska; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Leona (Mrs. Martin) Wilson of Columbus, Nebraska; Dora Weihe of Omaha and Laura Kohlmeyer of Apapka, Florida.

Memorials may be directed to the Trinity Lutheran Church.
