Services for Robert E. Boston, 69 of Fremont who died July 26, 1993, at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County were Thursday, July 29 at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Rev. Glenn Johnson officiated. Burial was at Memorial Cemetery in Fremont.

Robert E. Boston was born December 11, 1923 at Blue Springs. He moved to Table Rock as a child and moved to Fremont in 1942. He worked for Nebraska Natural Gas Co. in Fremont for 33 years until retiring in 1983.

He was a member of First Christian Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 200, both of Fremont.

He married Marie Vojtech December 23, 1946 at Marysville, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

He is survived by his wife, Marie; a son, Michael of Lincoln; a daughter, Pat Tighe of Arlington; four sisters, Lois Jensen and Genevieve Smith, both of Fremont; Delores Wagner of Papillion and Elaine Wilson of York; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Memorials have been established to the church and the American Heart Association.
