William D. Boyd, 64, of Blair, died Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, in Blair.

Funeral services are 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, at Abiding Faith Baptist Church in Fort Calhoun. Interment will be in the Fort Calhoun Cemetery.

William "Billy" Douglas Boyd was born Jan. 18, 1944, in Verdon, to William and Gleatha Boyd.

He is survived by his wife, Judy (Hawkins) Boyd; daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Dave Vogt of Blair; sons and daughters-in-law, Craig and Shan Boyd and Jason and Karen Boyd, all of Blair, seven grandchildren; many aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
