Milo Campbell, age 71, passed away April 20, 2018, at Vitas Hospice in Shenandoah, Texas, after a battle with cancer.

Milo is survived by his sisters, Joyce (Pat) Raleigh, Westlake, Ohio; Donna (Dan) Jarvis of Willis, Texas; many nieces and nephews; his close friend Kathy Mueller of Omaha; and former wife, Elayne Larson of Kennard.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Elvin and Dorothy Campbell and his sister, Sharon Royce of Hooper.

Milo was born May 3, 1946 in Hamburg, Iowa. He lived in numerous areas of Nebraska while growing up and settled in Kennard, where he lived for more than 40 years. He was a contractor and he enjoyed riding horseback and traveling on his motorcycle.

Milo will be missed, on the trail and around the campfire, by all those who knew him.

A time to share memories of Milo will be held at the Methodist church, 418 W. Second St., Kennard from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2018.
