Eileen M. Bradbury, 77, of Fremont, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 1998 at Arbor Manor in Fremont.

Services were Monday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fremont. Rev. John Whalen officiated. Burial was in Memorial Cemetery at Fremont.

Mrs. Bradbury was born April 12, 1920, to Edward and Winifred (Towey) Pollard at Schuyler, Neb. She grew up at Schuyler and was a graduate of Schuyler High School. She lived at Hooper, Neb. until returning to Schuyler in 1949. She moved to Fremont in 1952. On Aug. 22, 1942, she married Raymond C. Bradbury at Hooper.

She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 200 Auxiliary in Fremont.

Survivors are a son, Ron Bradbury of Lincoln; a daughter, JoAnn (Mrs. Gary) Hilgenkamp of Arlington; a sister, Delores King of San Luis Obispo, Calif.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband on March 12, 1994; her parents; a brother, Matt Pollard and her step-mother, Emma Pollard.

Pallbearers were her grandchildren, Sherie Hilgenkamp, Rick Hilgenkamp, Wendy Hilgenkamp, Roy Lamb, Becky Lamb, Mark Knorr and Tracy Knorr.

Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association. Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont was in charge of arrangements.
