The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Sylvis, which was born Thursday, died in the evening and was buried Friday from the home of its parents near Arlington. Mr. Sylvis who was at Camp Funston was granted a furlough on receipt of a telegram announcing his wife's serious illness and reached home in time to attend the funeral of his little child. The sympathy of all go out to the parents in their first sorrow.
