Jacob J. Kirby, 23, of Omaha, died May 20, 2018. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Suzanne Kirby; uncle, Jon Kirby; great-uncle, Bryce and great-aunt, Doris Embree.

Jacob is survived by his mother, Annie Kirby of Blair; father, Robert Headley of Florida; grandfather, Joseph “Ted” Kirby of Bennington; aunt, Rita Kirby of Kansas; cousins, Alisha (Nathan) Bainbridge; their children, Genevieve and George; Andrea Kirby; and many other relatives.

Funeral service will be Friday, May 25, 2018 at noon, with visitation from 11 a.m. until noon at Reichmuth Funeral Home, 21901 West Maple Road, Elkhorn. There will be a private internment.
