Gene Allen Cameron, 88, a native Cornhusker, passed from this life, at his home, into his eternal rest with the Lord Jesus on June 5, 2018, in Mohave Valley, Ariz., where he lived for the past 25-plus years.

Gene was born May 27, 1930, in Omaha. He graduated from Herman High School in the class of 1947 and worked during his life as a carpenter and a farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents; Whit and Emily Cameron; brother, Joe Cameron, and two grandsons.

He is survived by his wife, Eloise (Epperson); his daughters, Sue (Val) Farber and Kay( Doug) Wick; son, Cary (Linda) Cameron; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

There will be a celebration of his life 1 p.m. Sunday, June 17, 2018, at Harvest Bible Church in Mohave Valley, Ariz.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers any donations be made to the church of your choice to help promote the Gospel of the Lord Jesus.
